About the Role

TrueNorth Logistics needs a recruiter to cover a 12-month parental leave and keep 25-30 driver, dispatch and warehouse requisitions moving. You will run full-cycle searches in Workday and partner with six terminal managers from British Columbia to Ontario, all from your home office. The reqs are live, the managers are engaged, and the handover is documented.

What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for 25-30 open driver, dispatch and warehouse requisitions across six Canadian terminals
• Source Class 1 and AZ drivers through job boards, referral programs and driving-school partnerships
• Screen 30-40 applicants per week and book interviews directly on terminal managers' calendars
• Manage every requisition in Workday, keeping candidate statuses, dispositions and notes current
• Hold weekly intake and pipeline calls with terminal managers from BC to Ontario
• Draft offers, launch background and driver-abstract checks, and hand new hires to onboarding
• Report weekly on time-to-fill, pipeline health and source of hire

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise ATS
• A track record filling high-volume hourly roles such as drivers, warehouse or dispatch
• Comfort carrying 25 or more open requisitions at a time
• Clear, prompt communication with hiring managers you rarely meet in person
• Ability to work core hours that overlap Pacific through Eastern time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting AZ or Class 1 licence holders
• Familiarity with cross-border driver requirements such as FAST cards
• Prior work covering a leave or a fixed-term assignment
• Working French for bilingual postings in Eastern Ontario
